We settled in the VIP section and were led to a table. This was the first time I was getting to VIP without a man. If na only me come, I for no even smell VIP. Well except some guy sees me in the regular section and decides to take me to VIP. Why was I even excited sef? I only got into VIP because I know Sophie, so what’s the difference between following Sophie and following a man biko?

I walked straight to Badmus’ office with my heart in my mouth. I was scared of what Badmus would say or worse still, do. I had delayed for about an hour on Fayo’s instruction.
Fayo, as usual, had a plan. “The only power you have now is seduction. Because there is no other thing you can soothe him with.”
“Seduction? Are you sure it will work?” I asked nervously.

From the look on Badmus’ face and the way he quickly disengaged, it was obvious that she was his wife. She walked into the office in all her glory. She gave him a kiss and sat down.
